Sunderland Away 17/01/2009

Sunderland away then. Pretty far but I don't think we need our passports for this, keep those back for Istanbul...
The game is a 3 o'clock kick off and match tickets cost £27 for adults and £10 for concessions.
Provisionally we are going to run a Nine seater of which three seats are booked already, but we can take a seventeen seater if we need to.
The bus looks like working out at about £30 each and leaving Weston at 05.30 to arrive in Sunderland at 12.30-1. Like I said it is pretty far but that just gives us more time to either sleep or take the mickey out of Bob/Pete/Corke and probably myself.
It should be a good day out, as away trips always are and I cannot remember many better times to see the Villa than at the moment. Seats are first come first serve and Craig is thoroughly band from bringing his iPod!

Looks like its gonna be another cracking trip fellas, shame about the distance but in the 9 seater it really shouldnt be an issue!! Below is the link for the stadium and vital information. It dont really give too much info on pre match boozers but im sure we will find one. Glyn said something about talking to the north west lads they might be able to help us out! It did mention though a weatherspoons in town, which if not far away is usally the hang out for away day Villa lads!

No problem mate. The 17 seater has been booked so if current bookings and form is concerned I think that should be well enough. I'm picking it up Friday night so we can have an early start

Kool, i cant see that being anything other than full, cos if i remember rightly, allan and his family are also coming!

The full Trio from Rio will be there, Pete's having it bought for his Birthday (Blackburn that is)
